1.Moong dal


1.Take 1 cup moong dal and soak overnight,next morning blend into a smooth paste.
2.Take 1 cup of ghee and twice the amount of sugar for moong dal paste.
3.Firstly boil the sugar with water and prepare sugar syrup.
4.Take a pan pour 1 cup ghee and melt it,add in moong dal paste and mix well.Stir continuously without sticking to the bottom of pan.
5.Cook till it attains smooth cocnsistency,add prepares sugar syrup to moong paste and mix well evenly.
6.Cook for about 30-45 minutes,add some milk,dry kova and some cardamom powder and mix well.Cook till it attains thick consistency.Turn off the heat and garnish with dry fruits.Serve chilled.
