2.Fenugreek leaves
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Ginger chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Onion chopped
7.Coriander leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add green chillies,onion chopped and saute for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp and stir fry for few seconds,add fenugreek leaves and saute till tender.
3.Add salt to taste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder 2 tbsp and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame.
4.Add mutton 250 grams and mix well,cover and cook for another 10 minutes,open the lid and give it a stir.
5.Add some water as required,add few coriander leaves,cover and cook for another 15 minutes till tender.
6.Add chopped ginger and give it a mix,cook for another 5 minutes.Off the flame and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
