1.Moong dal
3.Green chillies
4.Coriander leaves
5.Curry leaves
6.Ginger and garlic chopped
7.Kasoori methi
8.Red chilli powder
9.Rock salt
11.Garam masala powder
12.Cumin seeds
13.Mustard seeds
14.Onion chopped


1.Take a pan pour some water,add in moong dal and bring it to boil,add in onion chopped,garlic chopped.Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
2.Take another pan pour some ghee and oil,heat it.
3.Add in cumin seeds,grated garlic and ginger,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
4.Add tomatoes diced,rock salt,cover and cook for few minutes.Now add boiled moong dal mixture to fried mixture and mix well.
5.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,kasoori methi and mix well.
6.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
