Bread Katha Metha


1.Bread slices
3.Ginger garlic,jaggery paste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Besan flour
8.Corn flour
9.Cashew nuts


1.Firstly spread some jam on bread slices and prepare sandwiches.
2.Now spread ginger garlic,jaggery paste over the bread slice on top.
3.Meanwhile take small bowl add besan flour,corn flour 2 tbsp,salt,red chilli powder and mix well with some water as required,prepare mirchi bajji batter.
4.Now coat well the sandwiches in batter and drop them in hot oil and fry till golden brown color on both sides.Cut them into triangles and Serve hot.
