Prawns Pakoda


1.Prawns (thoroughly wash with turmeric,salt)
2.Corn flour
3.Coriander powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Lemon juice
6.Coriander leaves
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Firstly roast slightly the prawns in pan to remove moisture.
2.Take a bowl add in prawns,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,corn flour 2 tbsp,coriander powder,salt to taste.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Mix well all the ingredients and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden color and keep turning in between and fry evenly.Transfer into a paper napkin,remove excess oil and serve hot.
