Guntagaragara Aaku Chutney


1.Guntagaragara Aaku
3.Dried red chillies
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Garlic cloves
7.Curry leaves
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Tempering seeds


1.Take a pan add green chillies slitted,pour some oil and fry for few seconds.
2.Transfer fried chillies into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add guntagaragara aaku and fry till tender and transfer into a bowl.
4.Take a blender add in fried green chillies,guntagaragara aaku,cumin seeds,garlic cloves,tamarind,salt to taste.
5.Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste,meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add in tempering seeds,dry red chillies,garlic cloves,curry leaves and saute for few minutes till they turn into light golden color.Add in ground paste to fried mixture and mix well.Off the stove and serve with hot rice.
