1.Moong dal
4.Food color
5.Cardamom powder
8.Cashew nuts


1.Firstly soak moong dal for 15 minutes and boil,grind it into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee and heat it,add in dry fruits and fry for few minutes till light golden color.
3.Transfer fried dry fruits into a bowl.Add some more ghee to the pan and melt it.
4.Add ground moong dal paste,milk 1/2 cup and mix well.Add 3/4 cup sugar and mix well till sugar melts.
5.Keep stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan,add required khova to the fried mixture and dry fruits and mix it well.
6.Add roughly crushed almonds (soaked in water).Dissolve food color in water and mix well.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix it well.
7.Grease a plate with some ghee,switch off the stove and transfer the mixture on greased plate and spread evenly.Rest the mixture to cool down and cut into desired shapes and serve.
