Tomato Pulusu


1.Tomatoes diced
4.Curry leaves
5.Tempering seeds
7.Onion chopped
9.Green chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour some water as required add in tomatoes dices,drumsticks and bring it to boil.
2.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,dried red chillies,fenugreek seeds,onion chopped and saute till golden color.
3.Add some tamarind juice to the fried onions,now add boiled tomatoes and drum sticks to the pan and mix well.
4.Add slitted green chillies,rock salt,jaggery,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,pesara vadiyalu and bring it to boil.Cook till pesaravadiyalu are tender.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with rice.
