1.Dry roast the cauliflower in the oven or pan till they are half cooked.
2.Add 4-5 tbsp olive oil,tomato puree 4 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder 2 tbsp,pepper powder 2 tbsp,garlic chopped 2 tbsp,coriander powder 2 tbsp,garam masala 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder.Mix all the ingredients and grease some olive oil.
3.Now set the oven for 400 degrees F or 200 Celsius or you can fry in pan till nice golden brown color.Keep stirring in between.
4.Take another pan pour some moil and heat it,add in mustard seeds,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
5.Add sliced onion,ginger chopped,urad dal and saute till golden brown color.Now add coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste,turmeric powder,kasoori methi and mix well.
6.Finally add fried cauliflower and mix well,cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.Serve hot
