Gatte Ki Sabzi


1.Besan flour
2.Caroms seeds
3.Caraway seeds
4.Onion paste
5.Tomato puree
7.Mustard seeds
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
10.Garam masala powder
11.Coriander powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Turmeric powder
15.Red chilli powder


1.Take a bowl add in besan flour 1 cup,salt to taste,caraway seeds,cumin,some water as required and mix well.
2.Prepare a stiff dough,roll them into bullet shapes and boil them in water for 10 minutes.
3.Cut the bullets in small pieces and keep aside.
4.Meanwhile take another pan pour some ghee and heat it,add boiled pieces and fry for few minutes.
5.Once fried keep aside in a separate plate.In the same pan add some oil and heat it,add in mustard,cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
6.Add onion paste 1 cup and mix well,cook for few minutes till raw smell is off.
7.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt to taste and mix well.
8.Add tomato puree 1 cup.fried patties and saute,cook for few minutes.Add curd 1/2 cup and mix well.
9.Cook for few minutes on medium flame,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
