1.Wheat flour
2.Tomatoes chopped
3.Cumin seeds
4.Coriander leaves
5.Curry leaves
6.Besan flour
7.Rice flour
8.Green chilli paste
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder


a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in cumin seeds,curry
leaves,tomatoes chopped,coriander leaves,green chilli paste and saute.
2.Add red chilli powder and salt to taste,mix well.Fry for few minutes till tomatoes turn tender.
3.Add above said lentil flour in equal quantities i.e., 1 cup to the pan and mix well.
4.Transfer the fried mixture onto a plate and mix well,prepare a smooth dough by adding dry flour.
a plastic cover greased with some oil,divide the dough into small
portions and place the dough on cover and prepare flat pan
cakes.Meanwhile heat a skillet,drizzle some oil.
6.Place the pan cake on skillet and cook on both sides evenly.Serve hot.
