Biscuit Cake


1.Milk biscuits
2.Cashew nuts
5.Baking soda


1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it,add cashew nut,raisins and fry till light golden color.Transfer into a separate  bowl.
2.Take a bowlful of milk biscuits and grind them into a smooth powder.
3.Sieve the biscuits mixture until it gets smooth powder.
4.Add milk,ghee to the powdered mixture and mix well into a smooth dough.
5.Add baking soda to the dough and knead well.Take a oven pan,grease it with some ghee all over.
6.Spread the dough mixture in pan evenly into a thick layer.Make the edges of dough smooth with spoon or spatula.
7.Place cashew nuts and raisins to the dough and bake the cake at 320degree C for 5 minutes.
8.Take a serving plate and flip the oven plate.Garnish with cashew nut and raisins.
