2.Besan flour
3.Tempering seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Lady finger
9.Green chillies
10.Onion chopped
11.Turmeric powder
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in curry leaves,dry red chillies,tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.
2.Add in chopped onions,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
3.Now add chopped veggies and mix well,fry for few minutes on medium heat.Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add some water as required and bring it to boil,add turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well.
5.Take a small bowl add in curd,some water,besan flour 2 tbsp and mix well without any lumps.Add this mixture to the boiled veggies and give it a good mix.
6.Cook for another 5 minutes,remove from stove and transfer into a bowl.Serve chilled.
