Watermelon Cake


1.Water melon
6.Egg white
7.Baking powder
8.Food color
9.Lemon juice


1.Cut the water melon into pieces and mash well in a bowl,strain the juice and remove the pieces.
2.Remove egg white from 3 eggs,add 1 cup sugar,milk 1 cup and mix it well until sugar melts.
3.Add 2 cups maida to the mixture and whisk it well.Add 3 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 cup butter,add little amount of food color preferably red.Mix it well.
4.Finally add water melon pieces and mix well without forming any lumps.Squeeze 4-5 drops of lemon juice and mix well.Meanwhile grease some oil to electronic rice cooker,add the batter and spread evenly,cook for 10 minutes.
5.Cut the edges with knife to remove the cake.Finally ice the cake with your desired frosting and serve chilled.
