Boondi Sweet


1.Rice flour
2.Besan flour


1.Take a bowl add in soaked and dried rice flour,besan flour 1 cup and mix keep aside.
2.Take a deep pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Add some water to flour mixture and make a smooth batter.
4.Now pour the batter in holed plate to get little drops of fried boondhi.Fry till light golden brown coolor.
5.Transfer into a bowl and keep aside to cool down 10-15 min.Meanwhile take a pan add some jaggery and some water,prepare a jaggery syrup.
6.Add 3 glasses of fried boondhi into syrup and mix well,now drop the mixture into ghee greased plate and spread evenly.Cut into desired shapes and cool down for 10 minutes.Serve..
