3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Star anise
5.Cinnamon stick
6.Marathi mogga
7.Poppy seeds
8.Red chilli powder
9.Cumin seeds
10.Coriander seeds
11.Black cloves
12.Mustard powder
13.Tamarind pulp
14.Salt to taste
15.Onion paste
16.Green chillies
17.Dried red chillies
18.Coriander leaves

1.Masala preparation:Take
a blender add in coriander seeds,cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,marathi
mogga,black cloves,poppy seeds,star anise blend into a smooth powder.
a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in curry leaves,green
chillies,cumin seeds,dried red chilli,red chilli powder,ginger garlic
paste,onion paste and mix well.Fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add turmeric powder,mustard powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 2 tbsp,slit lady fingers and add to the pan.
4.Fry lady finger till tender and add in bommidayalu,mix well.Coat well the masala to fish.
for few minutes,add in salt to taste.Add some tamarind juice,cover and
cook for 20 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl,garnish with
coriander leaves.
