1.Moong dal
2.Urad dal
3.Toor dal
4.Chana dal
5.Pepper corns
6.Coriander seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Mustard seeds


1.Soak all the lentils in equal quantities (1 cup) for 5 hours.
2.Grind all the lentils into a coarse powder.
3.Now grind dried red chillies 10,pepper corns 1 tbsp,coriander seeds and cumin seeds,mustard seeds 1 tbsp into smooth powder.
4.Now add this ground powder to lentils mixture,add in salt and mix well with water to get moisture consistency.
5.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small round patties and deep fry till nice golden color.Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
