Multi-Grain Dosa


1.Ragi flour
2.Millet rice
3.Parboiled rice
4.Bajra (Sajjalu) flour
5.Jowar flour
6.Urad dal
7.Split green moong dal
8.Fenugreek seeds
9.Green chillies
10.Carom seeds
11.Cumin seeds
12.Onion chopped
13.Salt to taste


1.Soak all the lentils overnight in water and blend into a smooth batter by adding green chillies,fenugreek seeds and salt.
2.Add some cumin and carom seeds to batter and mix well.
3.Meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some oil.
4.Pour batter on skillet and spread evenly,drizzle some oil around dosa and cook evenly.
5.Flip the dosa and cook on other side,transfer into a serving plate and serve hot with chutney.
