3.Tomatoes chopped

1.Take a bowl add in madia flour,salt to taste,oil and mix well with water as required and prepare a stiff dough.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Knead the dough well and prepare a thin layered puri,cut into 4 halves and make tiny holes to avoid puffing up.
4.Gently drop the puris in hot oil and deep fry till golden color,keep aside.
5.Green chutney preparation:Pudina leaves,tamarind,green chillies,coriander leaves,salt to taste and some water as required,after done squeeze 1 lemon.
6.Take a cup of curd,add in salt,cumin powder,sugar,black salt and mix well.
7.Tamarind sauce preparation:Take a bowl add in tamarind juice,jaggery,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder and bring it to boil till it turns thick consistency.
8.Now apply green sauce on fried puris,sprinkle some onion,tomato chopped,sprinkle some sev and garnish with coriander leaves,curd sauce,tamarind sauce,red chilli powder.
