2.Coriander seeds
3.Sesame seeds
5.Dry coconut
6.Dried red chillies
7.Onion chopped
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Garam masala powder
12.Tomatoes chopped


1.Take a pan and boil 4 eggs in water,meanwhile take another pan add 2 tbsp coriander seeds,sesame seeds 1/2 cup,peanuts 1 cup,dried red chillies,dry coconut and dry roast for few minutes.
2.Blend the dry roasted ingredients into a smooth paste.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,fry boil eggs for few minutes and pierce with knife,keep aside.
4.In the same pan add some more oil and add in onion chopped and saute for few minutes,add turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well,fry for few seconds.
5.Add 1 cup tomato puree and cook for few minutes.
6.Add ground masala paste and mix well,fry for another few minutes till mixture releases oil on sides of pan.
7.Then add required amount of garam masala powder,add some water as per gravy consistency and bring it to boil.Finally add fried boiled eggs to the pan and cook for couple of minutes.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
