Methi Chaman Curry


1.Fenugreek leaves
3.Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
4.Grated paneer
5.Tomato chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Cashew nuts
8.Onion chopped
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Garam masala powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in onion chopped,cashew nuts,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste by adding some water as required.
3.In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil,fry fenugreek leaves,spinach leaves and saute for few minutes till leaves are tender.Transfer into a bowl.
4.Add 1 tbsp oil and add in grated paneer and saute for couple of minutesTo this fried mixture add ground onion paste and fry for few minutes.
5.Add boiled tomato puree 1 cup,mix thoroughly and cook for few another few minutes.
6.Add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,fried leafy veggies and mix well.Add some water as required for gravy consistency.Bring it to boil.
7.Finally add 1 tbsp kasoori methi 1 tbsp,paneer grated and mix well.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
