Chicken Garelu


1.Boneless chicken
2.Chana dal
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies chopped
5.Ginger garlic paste
7.Cinnamon stick
8.Salt to taste
9.Curry leaves
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Soak chana dal for 1 hour and grind into a coarse paste.
2.Meanwhile boil the chicken with red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder till tender.
the boiled chicken to ground chana dal paste,add in onion
chopped,coriander,pudina,curry leaves,green chillies,ginger garlic paste
and mix well.
4.Sprinkle some cinnamon,cloves powder and cumin seeds,mix well.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
round patties with chicken mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep
fry till golden brown color and crisp.Transfer into a bowl and serve
