Thotakoora Liver Curry


1.Thotakoora leaves
2.Besan flour
3.Garam masala powder
4.Onion chopped
5.Dry red chillies
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Chicken masala
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup thotakoora boiled and blended into smooth paste,add in besan flour 1/2 cup,salt and mix well.
2.Add some red chilli powder,garam masala powder and mix it well.
3.Pour this batter in idli molds and cook for 5 minutes in idli cooker.
4.Now cut the thotakoora mixture into pieces and keep aside.
take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,curry
leaves,dried red chillies,green chillies,cumin seeds and saute for few
6.Add onion chopped and saute till golden color,add ginger
garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,chicken masala and
mix them well.
7.Finally add thotakoora pieces to the pan,add some
water as required,cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a
bowl,garnish with carrot,lemon.Serve hot.
