1.Raw Banana
2.Curd (Mixed with curry,pudina,carrot,coriander leaves)
3.Carrot grated
4.Dried red chillies
5.Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Mint leaves
9.Onion chopped
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,pudina leaves,coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
2.Add tempering mixture into curd after cooling and give it a stir.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
a bowl add boiled raw bananas and mash well,add chopped onion,green
chillies,ginger chopped,curry leaves,coriander leaves,grated carrot and
mix well,prepare a dough mixture.
5.Now prepare small patties with dough mixture and deep fry in hot oil.Fry till golden brown color and take them into a bowl.
6.Add the curd mixture to the fried banana mix.Serve chilled.
