2.Corn flour
3.Rice flour
4.Tomato sauce
5.Chilli sauce
7.Green chillies
8.Curry leaves
9.Onion chopped
10.Coriander seeds powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli powder
13.Turmeric powder
14.Garam masala powder


1.Take a pan pour some water,add in sliced mushrooms 250 grams and bring it to boil for 2 minutes.
another bowl add in coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1
tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,chopped garlic,sliced green
chillies,curry leaves,tomato sauce 1 tbsp,chilli sauce 2 tbsp,salt to
taste,rice flour 3 tbsp,corn flour 1/2 cup,pinch of turmeric,pinch of
food color.
3.Add boiled mushrooms to the dry ingredients mixture and mix well without water.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now deep fry the mushrooms in hot oil and keep aside.
another pan pour 1 tbsp oil,add in 1/2 cup onion chopped,chopped
garlic,green chilli sliced,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
6.Add some ginger garlic paste and saute for a while,add in chilli,tomato sauce,salt and mix well.
7.Finally add fried mushrooms and saute for a while.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
