2.Onion chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Tempering seeds
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves


1.Take a bowl add in chopped onions,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric and mix well.
2.Deseed and cut open the bitter gourd into 2 halves and stuff the onion mixture inside it.
3.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves and saute.
4.Add stuffed bitter gourds,remaining stuff,cover and cook for 15 minutes.
5.Add some water as required and cook for another 10 minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
