1.Ginger & Dry ginger
2.Garlic cloves
3.Coriander seeds
4.Dry red chillies
6.Cumin seeds
7.Green chillies
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves


1.First grind some ginger garlic paste,coriander seeds,dry red chillies,ground turmeric,cumin seeds,black pepper corns,dry ginger into a paste.
2.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it,add in green chillies,ground masala paste and saute.
3.Fry the paste until it releases oil from the corners of the pan,add in salt o taste,red chilli powder.Mix well.
4.Add required amount of tamarind juice to the pan and mix well.Bring it to boil.
5.Add curry leaves,coriander leaves to the pan,cover and cook for 10 minutes.
6.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with rice.
