2.Onion chopped
3.Garlic cloves
4.Urad dal
5.Cumin seeds
6.Mustard seeds
7.Chana dal
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli masala powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds and saute.
2.Add chana dal,onion chopped,garlic cloves 15,green chillies and fry for few minutes till nice golden color.
3.Now add some cleaned and chopped gongura into the pan and mix well.
4.Saute till leaves are cooked,keep stirring the mixture without burning.
5.Add some salt,red chilli powder and give it a good mix.Cook for another few minutes and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
