3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies
5.Mustard seeds
6.Urad dal
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder


1.Grease some oil to brinjal,roast it on a low flame till it changes colour.
2.Peel the skin of brinjal and keep aside into a bowl.Now mash the brinjal,add in chopped onion,green chillies and mix well.
3.Add coriander leaves,curd 2 tbsp and mix well.
4.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add in mustard,urad dal,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
5.Finally add mashed brinjal mixture to the pan,mix well.Cover and cook for a minute.
the lid,add in salt,red chilli masala powder and mix well.Cook for
another few minutes and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
