Pesara Punugula Biryani


1.Basmati rice
2.Marathi mogga (Kapko buds)
4.Cinnamon stick
5.Green chillies
6.Dried red chillies
7.Pudina leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Green beans
13.Pesara punugulu
14.Salt to taste


1.Take a pressure pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add curry leaves,dried red chillies and green chillies into the pressure pan.Saute for few seconds.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,pudina leaves,onion chopped and saute till nice golden colour.
4.Add chopped carrot,beans,salt and mix well.Add in whole garam masala (above said).Fry for few minutes.
5.Add 2 glasses of water to the pan and bring it to boil.Add 1 cup rice to boiling water ad mix well.
6.Now close the pressure pan and cook for 2 whistles.After done add pesara punugulu to cooked biryani and gently give it a stir.Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.Serve hot.
