Chamadumpa Kobbari Curry


1.Chamadumpa 1/4 kilo boiled
2.Coconut paste 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 4
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder a pinch
6.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
7.Curry leaves
8.Tempering seeds
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Dried red chillies


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,dried red chillies,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
2.Add turmeric,coconut paste and mix well,fry for few minutes.Add boiled and peeled chamadumpalu to the pan and give it a stir.
3.Add cumin powder,salt to taste and mix well.Add some water as required for gravy consistency and stir well.
4.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
