Palak Phool Makhani Curry


1.Phool makhani 1 cup
2.Spinach puree 1 cup
3.Butter 2 tbsp
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
6.Onion chopped 2
7.Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Cashew nuts 10 grams
12.Coriander leaves
13.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add in phool makhani and fry for few minutes till light golden brown.
2.In the same pan add some butter,add in cumin seeds,onion chopped and saute untill brown colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and saute,add salt to taste,red chilli powder and mix well.
4.Add garam masala powder,cashew nut paste and mix well evenly.Add spinach puree and give it a stir.
5.Finally add fried phool makhani and cook for another few minutes on medium flame,transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.Serve hot.
