Mushroom Baby Corn Curry


1.Mushrooms 1 cup
2.Baby corn 1/2 cup
3.Capsicum 1
4.Tomatoes chopped 1
5.Onion chopped 2
6.Coriander chopped
7.Pudina chopped
8.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
9.Whole garam masala
10.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mushrooms,baby corns,capsicum,salt to taste and fry for few minutes.Transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add ginger garlic paste,whole garam masala,onion chopped and saute till brown colour.
4.Add tomatoes and mix well,fry till tomatoes are soft and pulpy,cover with a lid.
5.Add some pudina leaves,salt to taste and mix well.Off the stove and rest the mixture to cool for few minutes.After done grind well the mixture into a coarse paste.
6.Transfer the ground paste into a pan,add fried mushroom pieces and saute for few minutes,add red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander leaves and mix well by adding some water.
7.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander,pudina leaves.Serve hot.
