Ingredients:

1.Rice 1 cup
2.Chinthakayalu 6
3.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
4.Dried red chillies 3
5.Green chillies 3
6.Curry leaves
7.Inguva
8.Turmeric powder
9.Sesame seeds powder 2 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Salt to taste

Preparation:


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in dried red chillies,tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.
2.Add
green chillies,curry leaves,hing,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.Add
tamarind juice 1 cup and mix it well,bring it to boil.
3.Add cooked rice,sesame seeds powder and mix well evenly.Cook for another few minutes.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
