Chana Palak Curry


1.Spinach puree 1 cup
2.Kabuli chana 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 3
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp


a pan pour some oil and heat it,add onion chopped,green
chillies,ginger,salt,red chilli powder and saute for few minutes on 
medium flame.
2.Add boiled kabuli chana to the pan and mix well,fry for few minutes till all masalas coat the chana well.
spinach puree,cumin,coriander powder and saute well.Add some water as
required and give it a stir.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
4.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
