1.Chana dal 150 grams soaked and grinded
2.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
3.Green chillies 2 tbsp
4.Curry leaves
5.Onion chopped 1/4 cup
6.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
7.Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup
8.Whole garam masala
9.Bay leaves
10.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Curd 1/2 cup
13.Milk 1/2 liter
14.Besan flour 1 tbsp
15.Rice flour 1 tbsp
16.Pudina leaves 1 tbsp
17.Coriander leaves
18.Dalda 2 tbsp
20.Cashew nut,Coconut paste  5 tbsp


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
a bowl add in ground chana dal paste,onions,ginger garlic paste,green
chillies,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well and drop
them in hot oil like pakodas.
3.Deep fry till golden brown color and transfer onto a paper napkin.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add whole garam masala,bay leaves,onions and saute for few seconds.
5.Add green chillies,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well,add some water as required and give it a stir.
6.Add tomatoes and saute,(coconut,cashew nuts,curd,besan flour paste) to the pan.Mix well.
7.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder and give it a stir.Add milk and bring it to boil.Finally add fried pakodas to the pan and mix well.
some water required and boil it,sprinkle some coriander,pudina leaves 
and give it a good stir.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
