Kandiginjala Pulao


1.Raw Red grams 1 cup boiled
2.Basmati rice 1 cup cooked
3.Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
4.Bay leaf 1
5.Green chillies slitted 3
6.Pudina leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil 2 tbsp
9.Onion chopped 1
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.add in onions,green chillies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add whole garam masala,bay leaf and saute for few seconds.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well,fry for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
4.Add boiled kandulu,pudina leaves,salt and give it a stir.Finally add cooked rice and mix well.Cook for few minutes and off the stove.Transfer into a plate and garnish with pudina leaves.Serve hot.
