1.Arati puvvu 1 cup boiled with salt,turmeric
2.Potatoes boiled 2
3.Besan flour 1 cup
4.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
5.Green peas 1/2 cup boiled
6.Ginger green chilli paste 1 tbsp
7.Green chillies 2
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
11.Coriander leaves
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add in boiled arati puvvu,potatoes mashed,carrot grated,ginger green chilli paste,green peas,salt to taste,red chilli powder,green chillies,garam masala,coriander leaves and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare round balls with mixture and keep aside,meanwhile prepare besan batter by adding besan flour,salt,red chilli powder.Consistency should be loose.
4.Dip the balls in besan batter and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden colour.Fry evenly and serve hot.
