Kandhari Paneer


1.Paneer 150 grams
2.Capsicum chopped 1
3.Carrot chopped 1
4.Cashew nuts 25 grams
5.Chironji 1 tbsp
6.Gasagasalu 25 grams
7.Beans chopped 1/2 cup
8.Onion paste 1/2 cup
9.Milk 1/2 cup
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Musk melon seeds 1 tbsp
12.Maida 3 tbsp
13.Whole garam masala
14.Dried red chillies 6
15.Corn flour 3 tbsp
16.Salt to taste
17.Red chilli powder
18.Oil for deep frying
19.Butter 2 tbsp
20.Fresh cream2 tbsp
21.Tomato puree 1 cup


1.Take a bowl combine paneer,beans,capsicum,carrot,chilli powder,salt,maida,corn flour and mix well with water and prepare pakodi batter.Deep fry the marinated paneer till golden brown color.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,on other side pour some oil and heat it.
3.Add whole garam masala to the pan,ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes till oil separates from the mixture.
4.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder and mix well,cook till soft.Add ground paste (sesame.cashew nuts,chironji,gasagasalu) to the pan,give it a good stir.
5.Now add onion paste and mix well cook until it attains thick consistency.
6.Transfer the gravy  into a separate bowl,take another pan pour some oil,butter and heat it.Add dried red chillies,white sauce (fried maida,ground paste,milk).Now add fried paneer pieces to the pan,fresh cream and mix well.
7.Finally add gravy to the pan,sprinkle some coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
