Harabhara Dosa


1.Rice 3 cups
2.Urad dal 1 cup
3.Spinach 2 cups
4.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
5.Coriander leaves 1 cup
6.Green chillies 5
7.Onion chopped 1
8.Salt to taste
9.Ghee 1 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Firstly boil coriander,spinach,fenugreek leaves,green chillies and blend into a smooth paste.
2.Pour the ground paste into dosa batter,add in salt and mix well.
3.Meanwhile heat a skillet and drizzle some oil by rubbing with a carrot.Pour some batter and spread evenly like dosa.Sprinkle some onions,coriander leaves.
4.Cook evenly till light brown colour and remove from skillet,serve hot with ginger tamarind chutney.
