Moong Dal Dosa


1.Moong dal 1 cup
2.Green chilli 1 chopped
3.Ginger 1/4 inch chopped
4.Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil 6 tbsp


1.Wash and soak the dal in 4 cups of water atleast 4 hours.
2.Drain the water combine green chilli,ginger with dal and blend well.
3.Add salt and cumin seeds to the batter and mix well.
4.Meanwhile heat a non stick pan on medium heat,pour the batter on skillet and spread evenly.Drizzle some oil and cook evenly flip the dosa in between and cook until it attains golden brown colour.Serve hot.
