Chamadumpa Masala Fry


1.Boiled chamadumpa 1 cup
2.Onion chopped 2
3.Coriander leaves
4.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5.Garam masala 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Turmeric powder a pinch
9.Oil 3 tbsp
10.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
11.Curry leaves
12.Lemon juice 1


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in tempering seeds,onion chopped,curry leaves,green chillies and saute for minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric and mix well.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder,coriander powder and saute for few minutes.
3.Cook on medium flame and keep stirring the mixture,finally sprinkle some coriander leaves,squeeze half lemon.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
