Mixed Daal Vadalu


1.Toor dal 1 cup
2.Chana dal 1 cup
3.Moong dal 1 cup
4.Oil for deep frying
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Green chillies 5
7.Salt to taste
8.Pudina leaves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Soak lentils and blend them into a smooth paste,keep aside.
2.Add onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,coriander leaves,pudina and mix well evenly.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small vadas in your palms and drop them in hot oil.
4.Keep turning vadas in between and fry evenly till golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper and remove excess oil.Serve hot.
