Methi Capsicum Curry

Methi Capsicum Curry


1.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
2.Potatoes 1 cup
3.Boiled capsicum 1/2 cup
4.Corn flour 2 tbsp
5.Tomato puree 1 cup
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Onion chopped 1
8.Curry leaves
9.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Green chillies 2
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
13.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
14.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,onions and saute till golden colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well,add tomato puree and cook till raw smell goes off.
3.Add fenugreek leaves and fry till tender,add red chilli flakes,salt to taste,garam masala,pepper powder and mix well.
4.Add some water and bring it to boil,add in capsicum and cook for few minutes on medium flame.Finally add deep fried  potatoes to the frying pan and give it a good stir.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
