1.Brinjal fried 6
2.Onions chopped 1/2 cup
3.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
4.Butter 25 grams
5.Oil 20 ml
6.Coconut paste 3 tbsp
7.Milk 1/2 cup
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 3 tbsp
10.Fresh cream 3 tbsp
11.Curd 2 tbsp
12.Besan flour 1/2 tbsp
13.Rice flour 1/2 tbsp
14.Curry leaves
15.Sesame seeds powder 2 tbsp
16.Sambar powder 1/2 tbsp
17.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
18.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
19.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
20.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
21.Hing 1/2 tbsp
22.Salt to taste

a pan pour some oil and butter,melt it.Add in mustard,cumin
seeds,hing,onions,salt,curry leaves,green chillies and saute for few
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute,add some water as required and bring it to boil.
3.Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
4.Add coconut paste,milk to the frying pan and bring it to boil.
take a cup of curd,add besan flour,rice flour and mix well into a
smooth paste and add to the frying pan.Mix well evenly and cook for few
6.Add fresh cream,sambar powder,sesame powder and mix well.Finally add fried brinjal pieces and mix well.
7.Cook for another few minutes and sprinkle some coriander leaves.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
