Atukula Daddojanam


1.Atukulu 1 cup
2.Curd 2 cups
3.Carrot grated
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Cashew nuts 10 grams
6.Green chillies 3
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Dried red chillies 2
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl full of curd add coriander leaves,green chillies,curry leaves
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add cashew nut and fry for few minutes till light brown colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add tempering seeds,dried red chillies,curry leaves and saute till light golden brown colour.
4.Now pour the tempering mixture into curd and mix well.Add some salt and give it a good mix.
5.Soak atukulu in water and transfer into curd immediately and serve immediately.
