1.Jamapandlu 2
2.Maida 2 tbsp
3.Ghee 1 tbsp
4.Sugar 1 1/2 cup
5.Cardamom powder
6.Badam powder 1 tbsp
7.Kova 1 tbsp
8.Cashew nuts powder 2 tbsp
9.Dry fruits 20 grams
10.Milk 1 1/2 cup
11.Food colour a pinch
12.Dalda 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan add some dalda and melt it,add in grated guava and fry for  few minutes till raw smell goes off.
2.Meanwhile take another pan and boil the milk,add fried guava and mix well.
3.Add cashew nuts,badam powder to the milk and mix well,cook for few minutes.
4.Add kova and give it a stir,meanwhile disslove maida in milk and prepare a smooth paste and pour into boiling milk.
5.Cook until it attains thick consistency and sprinkle some cardamom powder,add sugar to the pan,give it a good stir.
6.Add dissolved food colour into the pan and mix it evenly.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with dry fruits and cherries.Serve hot.
