1.Moong dal 1 cup soaked and blended
2.Besan flour 2 tbsp
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Pepper corns 1 tbsp crushed roughly
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add in moong dal paste,salt,cumin seeds,pepper corns,besan flour and mix well evenly.
3.Take a plastic cover and grease some oil,place the moong dal mixture on it and prepare small vadas,repeat the same process for other vadas.
4.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and serve hot.
