Thotakoora Pakoda Balls


1.Thotakoora 1 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Spring onions 1/2 cup
6.Rice flour 2 tbsp
7.Coconut grated
8.Cashew nut crushed 10 grams
9.Cumin green chilli paste 1 tbsp
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
12.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
13.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
14.Butter 1 tbsp
15.Salt to taste
16.Red chilli powder
17.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add thotakoora,cabbage,onions,spring onions,cashew nuts and mix well.
butter,cumin and green chillli paste,ginger garlic paste,garam masala
powder,red chilli powder,salt,rice flour,besan flour and mix well with
water,prepare pakodi batter.
4.Now prepare small round balls with the mixture and drop them in hot oil till golden brown colour,fry evenly and serve hot.
