Kakarakaya Kobbari Eguru


1.Kakarakayalu boiled 1/4 kilo
2.Coconut grated 1/2 cup
4.Jaggery grated
5.Green chillies chopped 3
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Curry leaves
9.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
10.Garlic cloves 4
11.Oil 2 tbsp
12.Turmeric powder
13.Onion chopped 1
14.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
15.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add garlilc.cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,tamarind and fry for few minutes.
3.Add boiled kakarakayalu to the pan and mix well,add jaggery and give it a stir.
4.Add some water as required and saute,add grated coconut,coriander leaves and mix it well.Cook for another few minutes and trasnfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
